Woody Allen, a person of questionable maneuvers and dogged by private scandal, has not made many public appearances of late. Nevertheless, in a latest interview, the veteran filmmaker praised President Donald Trump’s appearing capability, though including that he doesn’t take into account himself a supporter.
Woody Allen, 89, sat down with Invoice Maher for his Membership Random podcast, and the pair mentioned a second the place Allen and Trump crossed paths professionally. Maher shared his views on Allen’s controversial relationship and marriage to his former companion, Mia Farrow’s adopted daughter, sparking a dialog in regards to the Me Too Motion and cancel tradition.

Allen added, “he was a pleasure to work with and an excellent actor. He was very well mannered and hit his mark and did every little thing appropriately, and had an actual aptitude for present enterprise.”
This prompted Maher to butt in to harken again to their dialogue about cancel tradition and the way his reward of Trump may add gas to the fireplace, with Allen hammering residence his stance.
