Swizz Beatz has always been one to do it big, and the celebration for his 45th birthday is no exception.
The Ruff Ryderz super-producer took himself and a few of his closest friends — including his wife, Alicia Keys, his mother, and Pharrell — to a lovely chateau in the Cognac region of France, where guests were treated to a lavish dinner, hosted by Hennessy, that included fresh fish, sushi, and flowing red wine.
“The love for my 45 made me feel ultra alive ! Thank you everyone for the love and blessings !!!!” he said in the caption of his Instagram video posted on Saturday (September 16). “Thank you @hennessy for hosting me & my family at your amazing castle. The Biggest thank you to my amazing thoughtful wife for setting up this 1 of 1 night @aliciakeys Life begins at the end of your comfort zone ! @de_bethune @ferrariusa @chateaumargaux and my friends that came from around the worldI love you all !”

As one of Hip Hop’s most public power couples, Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys have never been afraid to show the world how much they mean to one another.
Back in May, when Keys was on tour in Latin America, the pair packed on the PDA in a series of Instagram posts that proved that they’re just as much in love today as they were when they first got married.
During a stopover in Chile on May 16, Keys and the super-producer snapped some PDA-filled pics against the Chilean sunset.
“Chile, you are beautiful beyond words!!! I cannot BELIEVE the love I felt from you!!! Thank you for having me,” she wrote in the caption.
Then on May 18, the happy couple did a redux of their lovey-dovey pics, snapping cute photos in a hot-air balloon and in front of pyramids.
“Mexico, you’re already taking my breath away. Mexico City, I can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight!!!” she captioned the collection of pics.
Swizz, however, wasn’t a fan of the hot-air balloon ride. “Never again,” he commented. “But I love you with all my heart! He wasn’t supposed to go that damn high. White side got me this time shesssshhhh!!!!!!”
