Rick Ross is going through some severe allegations from his ex-girlfriend Tia Kemp, who claims that he was concerned within the homicide of a girl and has been placing bounties on folks’s heads.
Kemp made the accusations in a video posted on Instagram, by which she threatened to alert federal authorities about Rozay’s alleged legal conduct and “tear down” his multimillion-dollar empire.
