Offset closed his KIARI album with “Transfer On,” a farewell monitor to Cardi B, marking peace and closure to their marriage.
Offset is ending his upcoming solo album KIARI with a music that marks the ultimate web page of his relationship with Cardi B, calling it a peaceable send-off to their rocky marriage.
The ultimate monitor, titled “Transfer On,” displays the Migos rapper’s resolution to handle their break up head-on in music as he prepares for the discharge of his third solo challenge.
Talking to the Related Press, Offset defined the motivation behind the music, saying, “It’s about shifting on, like, peacefully. That’s what the message is meant to be. It’s all love and peace. I simply ended the album with that, simply to finish that chapter as a result of it’s time to maneuver on, it’s over and completed with.”
Offset described the method of writing “Transfer On” as a therapeutic method to shut out a turbulent chapter in his private life.
The couple first tied the knot in 2017, however the relationship was marked by a number of breakups and reconciliations. Cardi initially filed for divorce in 2020, and after a short reunion, she filed once more in 2024.
The pair share three youngsters: 7-year-old Kulture, 3-year-old Wave and 11-month-old Blossom.
