On Sunday (March 23), the Grammy-winning artist casually confessed to damaging her electrical automobile, humorously explaining she was merely “Attempting to remain on development.”

Badu’s revelation comes as Tesla faces a wave of harmful incidents throughout the US, prompting an FBI investigation. 

Authorities consider these acts, starting from graffiti and smashed home windows to gunfire and arson, are politically motivated responses to Musk’s controversial political affiliations and outspoken help for Donald Trump.

Latest assaults on Tesla autos and dealerships have included spray-painted slogans corresponding to “RESIST” and “No Musk,” typically accompanied by symbols resembling swastikas. 

In a single incident, a Colorado lady was charged with malicious destruction of property. She allegedly hurled Molotov cocktails at Tesla autos and spray-painted “Nazi automobiles” on a close-by constructing.
