New Lawsuit Towards Temu Goals At MF DOOM Likeness Use

A brand new lawsuit filed on Monday (August 11) alleges that Whaleco Inc., the corporate behind low-cost digital retail enterprise Temu, has taken the likeness of MF DOOM for utilization throughout quite a lot of objects. In response to the 32-page submitting, Fuel Drawls, LLC, which was based by the late rapper and his widow, Jasmine Dumile Thompson, is accusing Whaleco Inc. of trademark infringement, unfair competitors, and misappropriation of likeness, amongst different claims.
