China Walker of the dual rap duo Cam & China has died at 30 after a non-public two-year battle with a uncommon type of ovarian most cancers.
China Walker, one half of the acclaimed twin rap duo Cam & China, has died on the age of 30. She privately fought a two-year battle with a uncommon and aggressive type of ovarian most cancers. Her household confirmed her passing week.
Cam Walker, her twin sister and rap companion, shared the information late Wednesday (July 2) through Instagram. She posted a photograph holding China’s hand, believed to be from her last moments.
“Most don’t know, China has been combating a uncommon aggressive ovarian most cancers for two years,” Cam wrote. “Tonight, she transitioned and is now resting peacefully. Give me time to grieve in peace, however know she beloved all our supporters.”
She added a message urging followers to remain related with family members. “Test on yo individuals, you by no means know what they’re going through till it’s too late,” she stated.
The Inglewood-based duo rose to prominence in 2016 with their self-titled debut EP, showcasing grit and lyricism. Additionally they had a tight-knit chemistry that mirrored their twin sisterhood. They earned viral acclaim by means of freestyle movies on social media, garnering tens of millions of views.
